History will be kind to you as someone who drew the govβt attention but they choose to do nothing. I was at the Embassy in Tokyo a couple of weeks ago, the place is just a shadow of itself. I asked myself, why recall the ambassadors when you do not have their replacements?.
Feels like Iβve been screaming into the void for two years. Mostly privately, to the best of my ability. Iβve expressed deep concern about how the lack of effective diplomatic representation hurts Nigerians & communicates an unmatched level of banana-republic-like unseriousness.

A young person in my LGA posted a video on his WhatsApp status calling for an "Office of the First Daughter" because he thinks the Governor's daughter is the best thing after bread and beans. I shook my head in anger, sadness, and shame.
My "God Fearing" governor brazenly awards huge contracts to his daughter, and no one seems to care. Itβs discussed casually and not treated like the scandal that it truly is. How did we reach a point where we've normalised the most outrageous actions that it feels so ordinary?.
