Today may be the winter solstice, but it's also the Sodiulstice: the day that Sodium reached 100 million downloads! The CaffeineMC team was among the first to take a chance on Modrinth nearly 5 years ago. Our biggest congratulations to them for this massive achievement!

Three: For a long time (particularly in Fabric), there has been a separate mappings team called Yarn, made by the Dedicated Haters of Mojang's own code names (not really). This will likely unify both all Fabric devs (who haven't already moved) and NeoForge devs into using it.

Two: These mappings are *slightly* more complete than their originals, with parameter names and the LVT. Much nicer to read, but doesn't change modding code.

One: These names will be used at runtime. This means crash reports from users will be readable without putting them in a tool first, and mods can be easily read just by opening their jar file.

you could be spending this money on tech to accelerate ML models for rendering objects, and you waste it on an image2image transformer good job

Their Open Source strategy is the reason AMD is still relevant in GPU space (Steam Deck, Linux stations, Android, even consoles). NV is now shifting towards being more Linux friendly (!!?) while AMD seems to be determined in trampling their most loyal customers.
Feels like the era I had worked at AMD has now truly ended. Once upon a time GPUOpen was about sharing open source and how things worked so that you as a dev could learn about it, use it, modify it, and improve. And now, it's just signed binary blobs? https://t.co/VehL6KrkXJ

You trained us well. We learned you wanted to see AMD #FSR 4 on GPUOpen 🫣 🟥 Introducing AMD #FidelityFX SDK 2.0: the launchpad for our neural rendering tech, including cutting-edge #FSR4 and upcoming Redstone features! ➡️ Meet the FidelityFX SDK 2:
