This time, the culprit is the former Oklahoma Superintendant and State Ed. Board. They stripped my client, Summer Boismier, of her teaching license for sharing a QR code to the Brooklyn Libraries. But Summer is a civil rights and 1st Amendment fighter.

My first argument before the Colorado Supreme Court. Circle K fired my client, Mary Moreno, for pushing an armed burgler away. It argued that at-will employment is so strong companies are entitled to fire employees who act in self-defense. We disagreed.
