First impressions are often your last impressions in any interview. Present with confidence whenever you go for the interview. How you walk, sit, talk and dress are constantly observed and noted. So be confident but most importantly be yourself.

When preparing for a second interview, ALWAYS over prepare! Recruiters will usually describe these interviews as formalities. But if not. And some reason you’re ambushed on the day. You will be ready to go and still present the best version of yourself!

Being honest in job interviews is crucial for building a positive work relationship and preventing future issues. Interviewers often ask about weaknesses to assess character and ability to learn. Be prepared to share examples but always focus on how you dealt with the problem.

The ideal length for a job interview is 45 to 90 minutes. A quick 15-minute interview is not enough, while 30 minutes is still short. Spending more time with the interviewer increases the chances of getting to know each other better and making a strong impression.
