The work we do within RAD is exciting and varied - from conducting exploratory research to shape product strategy, to defining and measuring the success of our new products, to enabling and empowering folks across the company by building tools like the one mentioned above!

We call the tool Centralised Customer Feedback & Insights (CF&I). The output of this tool is used as a primary source of input when building our R&D roadmaps. We also use insights from the tool to shape strategy and make resourcing decisions

One of the areas Nick calls out is our advanced tools and processes. He highlights an internal data product RAD has built in collaboration with our R&D Ops team to centralise, aggregate and analyse all of our disparate sources of customer feedback!
