Here @ high court, DR Besigye & Hajj are not brought, coz some one 4got to sign their production warrant. Their file is not seen, Justice Baguma is the one hiding it, he has arrogantly told lawyers that no one will access the file, & no one will fix hearing dates for the case.

At Luzira prison, we were put under solitary confinement, denied us a right to be brought to court coz of the message on our shirts that read, KILL ME SPARE BESIGYE. We spent close to a month on remand in Luzira.

Today, the magistrate at Buganda road has dismissed a case in which we were tortured, charged and detained for protesting the illegal detention of Dr Kizza Besigye, Lawyer Eron Kiiza, Hajj Obeid Lutale and other innocent Ugandans.

It’s been another day at KCCA Court in a case when three of us were arrested from parliament gate for protesting against the illegal detention of Dr.Kizza Besigye and other political prisoners. Two state witnesses all female police officers were brought to court as witnesses.
