How does this happen ? One of the most important issue of re-districting and legislators haven’t even read what they are about to pass ? It’s not shocking just very aggravating that Californians aren’t even represented, and it was clear as the Democrat committee members refused.

Weird how California Teachers Association puts their time and effort into cheating elections instead of our kids education. This is factual considering kids are graduating illiterate and 3rd graders can’t even read. Bunch of crooks.

During open debate for re-districting in the Assembly Election committee the Democrats turned the microphone off when Republicans were speaking. Ah Democracy and transparency at its best.

Republican Assembly members in the election committee have asked the chair Assembly member Pellerin to allow for amendments as they had not had an opportunity to read the re-districting bill stating they only reforged the language at 8am yesterday. Pellerin’s response ? No. No

In the Assembly elections hearing the expert witnesses . the California Teachers Association and the California Carpenters Association.

California democrats just voted not to included the 16,000 comments into the hearing and voted against a recess to allow all committee members to read the letters from constituents. A quick “nope” because of course why would they want to hear from the community they are forcing.

California Assembly election chair Pellerin “our democracy is under attack” while pushing a fast tracked hearing that goes against what the voters asked for in transparent re-districting. Telling the nation that Trump is trying to cheat the elections so in order to counter him.

Update from the California Capitol. AB84, AB727 and AB495 have all been moved to the suspense file, this is where some bills quietly go to die based on how much it will cost California . From now until the 29th ( when the suspense file hearing will take place ) we have to work
