A new IMPACTS publication from @ShirkoAhmadiPhD and @SMekary of the Centre de formation médicale du Nouveau-Brunswick shows that aerobic exercise, which typically increases cardiorespiratory fitness, improves executive functioning in older adults, irrespective of sex.
