New paper out now, "Generators of the frequency-following response in the subthalamic nucleus: implications for non-invasive deep brain stimulation.". The thread below features the key points! ๐ง ๐๐งต.
New paper alert!!! The brilliant @FahimiMansoureh visited Chunyan Cao's lab in Shanghai and returned with an exciting finding. She recorded from subthalamic DBS leads in Parkinson's patients and discovered that the STN responds to high-frequency (333 Hz) auditory stimuli.
