Instead of Facebook, I've been looking at other platforms where I can segment my audience based on interests. Twitter is especially good for this, since I can have multiple "identities" in an easy profile switcher UI.

I've started consciously using Facebook less, and it gets easier the more you avoid it. I set the entire history to friends only (years of public posting now private), and everytime I do go on, I choose a few folks in the timeline to unfriend. 1/.
