I reached out to Sobha on June 1st, and since then, I've visited their office 4-5 times with the buyer. Their customer support team has changed 3 times! Each time, I have to explain everything all over again. 😫 #SobhaStruggles @SobhaLtd.

Honestly shocked at the caliber of people Sobha hires for their customer support team. 🤦‍♂️ I've given them all the necessary info to transfer the flat, but they keep coming up with new requirements every couple of weeks. No clear timeline or communication! 😡 #CustomerServiceFail.

🏠 Trying to sell my Sobha Dream Acres flat in Bangalore for over 4 months now, and I've never felt so powerless. Sobha's customer support has been absolutely terrible. No clarity on the process. Grateful my buyer is patient and still interested. 😞 #SobhaNightmare @SobhaLtd.

Today I called BMTC help centre to enquire if they have found my luggage. Luckily they did found a luggage. I got a call back from the team within 5 minutes & I contacted the conductor & went to the depot to collect it.

What happens when you forget your luggage in a @BMTC_BENGALURU bus in Bangalore? .Yesterday I forgot my luggage in a BMTC bus while I was travelling from Airport to Marathalli, fortunately I kept the ticket with me.
