Just saw a @miamiherald headline saying that Amendment 3 failed after Florida voters rejected it. Would it not it be more accurate to say that a majority of 55% supported it, but it didn't reach the 60% threshold needed to pass?.

Here’s one to watch: the late-deciders who will ultimately vote for @KamalaHarris.
Folks. we expect late deciders to break Harris. They tend to be younger and as a consequence more diverse. Myself and many others were skeptical of earlier polls showing communities of color trending Trump. My guess the vote among these groups will look close to historical norms.
