There's no phone number to call. Only thing I can think of is to attend the hearing, present my evidence (again!) and hope they withdraw or adjourn the case. The actual owner has also contacted LBBD, but this doesn't seem to be enough so far. Lot of hassle for a clerical error!.

If LBBD don't respond and/or the liability order is made, You appeal to the Valuation Tribunal. It takes 9 MONTHS. Meanwhile, I have to pay SOMEONE ELSE'S council tax (almost £4k) and hope for a refund. Oh, LBBD claim their costs. Seems I can't claim my costs for their mistake. .
