So much growth since that original video on the left. Eliminated arm pain, moving more efficiently, throwing harder, developed a confident breaking ball etc. This kid is a pleasure to work with & should be an example to the rest of the 2027 class.
Gotta say from the first time I went to Travis he has helped me a lot over the past 6-8 months has got me throwing healthier than ever and continuing to improve my velocity.

2023 was one hell of a year. Compilation of just a fraction of the 170 pitchers I worked with in 2023. So proud of these guys & love watching their development. This year is going to be special 😤

RHP @cohen_hering touching 92mph several times in today’s bullpen. 80mph Changeup & 76mph curveball. Solid command. @HarrisonWildcat class of 2025. Side note, I’ve been working with Cohen for about a year, started around 83mph. Extremely coachable, humble & a hard worker. Pumped

Sycamore HS sophomore @AaronThomas2026 making huge gains this off-season. Sitting at 83mph with strong command & solid movement on his off-speeds. Kid is going to be a problem on the mound this spring as he continues to develop. @Baseball_Aves #uncommitted

As a pitching coach, it’s special when you work with someone who just gets it. This guy made drastic changes in our first off-season session. Comfortable at 86mph. 88 will be easy by spring as we continue development 😤 #uncommitted
First bullpen of the offseason. I’ve been busy with basketball but still trying to work on my craft. Got up to 86 and looking to progress before the school season. @Edgebaseball3 @TravyC18 @dnasportscenter @5StarMidwest @5StarMidwest26

Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP), the short-term improvement in performance following a "priming" exercise/routine, is a topic that we have been toying with. There are many variables at play, but we've seen this routine bump certain guys +1-3 mph done 5-10 min pre-throwing.
