Yet in this moment, as staff & former staff raise serious concerns, ITF is leadership dismissing due process, minimising anonymous reporting & framing calls for accountability as attacks. A healthy ITF would meet allegations of harassment with integrity, not defensiveness

Organisational culture shapes everything, especially whether harassment is challenged or allowed to take root. The Kapur Report made this unmistakably clear: when culture fails, abuse flourishes, and the consequences for those targeted can be life-altering and devastating.

We need more leaders and organisations speaking up against workplace sexual harassment and calling for stronger laws to protect workers. Actions not words. Time for other leaders to follow suit. 🙌🙌🙌✊✊
