I’m numb, tbh. I don’t even know how else we, as journalists, should cover this Russian terror against Ukrainian cities for the West to finally wake up, and send all the defense Ukraine needs. Do they even get that the war in Europe is at their doorstep? I’m not sure.

Kyiv is under a massive Russian drone attack. Thousands of people are sheltering in the metro. Explosions are rocking the city, and a residential building has been hit. Such terrifying and deadly nights have become the new norm thanks to the U.S. appeasement of Russia.

Last night, this F-16 pilot, Maksym Ustymenko, probably saved many lives by downing Russian missiles and drones targeting Ukrainian cities. After his plane was damaged, he managed to divert it away from a residential area but didn’t have time to eject. Eternal glory to the hero💔

People are sheltering in every corner, from one metro entrance to another—something we’ve only seen during Russian ballistic or combined attacks, and even then, never to this extent.
