IMPACT (Integrated Multi-professional Prevention and Assessment of Crisis Teams) bringing together teams to improve services. Progress is being made, exciting times ahead!

RCHT and KCCG successfully submitted Beyond Places of Safety (BPOS) bid via the Cornwall Crisis Care Concordat to develop an Integrated Multi-agency Prevention and Assessment of Crisis Team (IMPACT) hub on the RCHT site.

IMAPCT integrated admin hub will co-locate services already working in RCHT, and introduce additional services such as the Police and IDVA (domestic abuse services).The aim is to provide early support, improve experiences and outcomes, signpost and support system flow.

IMPACT will bring all the relevant stakeholders together in a modular hub. The IMPACT bid will build on and strengthen the services already available to patients attending ED/RCHT in Crisis .
