The Associated Press has officially called the race. When workers vote, workers win. 💪 Illinois will have the strongest worker protections in the nation.

Last week Illinois workers made history. The Workers’ Rights Amendment will be the law of the land in Illinois.

Nolan and Nichole Silas, said they went to vote at the Historic Pullman Foundation building with the Workers’ Rights Amendment in mind. “I think unions are important, especially in a place where if you don’t have someone fighting for your rights, you’re screwed,” Nichole said.
