Another step forward today for #IGAD against #COVID19 as Member States Min of Health during the #IGADVirtualMoHealth meeting endorsed a Regional Response Plan, established a reg'l task-force of Experts & tasked IGAD Secretariat w/ the operationalisation of a Reg'l Emergency Fund.
