Happy #PancakeDay!🥞 These are the Punakaiki 'Pancake Rocks' in New Zealand, so called because they look like a stack of pancakes. Actually, they are limestone formations formed 30 million years ago from fragments of dead sea creatures, overlaid with layers of soft mud & clay.
