This will be the 15th IEPA conference since the first in Melbourne in 1996. Early intervention has gained huge momentum and currency in mental health but is still not routine or standard care. We need to redouble our research &translation efforts @IEPAnetwork @orygen_aus

Identity (sense of self) has long been linked to anorexia - but with little research evidence. Led by @ScarlettCroce, this paper shows how identity functioning improves across illness & recovery stages - suggesting that improving identity may be important for achieving recovery.
