Post- pandemic #burnout rate is high among radiologists!. Employers and employees need to find the right balance for recuperation for practices to function efficiently. #Caring about others' and one's own health is part of #healthcare. @AJR_Radiology.
Skimping on vacation days and working while on vacation contribute to burnout. Hence, employers must ensure that radiologists take their allotted vacation time and completely detach from work while away.
