The rules of broadcasting permits the media to refer to people by their names. It's a norm. Outside of media engagement, you can refer to them by their titles.

I read this book in one go. I went to a random church with my parents, didn't care for the place. While the service was on and people were dancing, I spied the book on a chair, picked it up and leafed through it. Once I discovered the writing, I didn't put it down till the end.
