These young people still attend school, they took it upon themselves to show me gratitude. I cannot stress the importance of listening to our young people and taking their thoughts seriously. Building relationships matter, connections matter. Be that adult 🥰

I really believe one of the most fundamental factors in teaching is building relationships based on mutual respect. Learners do best when you believe in them and work with them. I came back from my break to a lovely message from my young people yesterday.I’m not crying you are 🥹

Amazing to watch this group of young people grow and build relations over the past few months. Finishing off the day with a little bit of BINGO to reset and recharge ✨ 🔋 🪫
