If stuff+ were around in Kershaw's prime, his fastball would be understood as one of the great pitches of our time. It was basically Alex Vesia's fastball with better extension, better VAA, and 5 MPH faster.

This has got to be the worst slump I’ve seen a good Dodgers team have. The 2017 slump was sort of unserious because in was in September and we were resting guys.
