Stoked to celebrate my 8 year Manniversary with @F3Nation by leading the BD at #Stokasaurus. I've seen F3 change 100s of men's lives, including my own. So grateful for this movement. Especially the Goofballs from @F3NorthSanDiego who brought a cake and balloon to COT today.

It's a Cinco de Mayo tradition in our region - TACO RUCK! 5 miles. 5 taco shops. 1 taco at each stop. With this crew, it's always an epic time. This year's route: Colima's, Primo's, Valerie's Taco Shop, Josés Taco, and Los Tacos.

After a beautiful 6 mile ruck at Camp Pendleton, we got a real treat. Pooper Scooper let us get up close and personal with a few whirlybirds. It was pretty epic.
