Small announcement. In 2022 I will be pulling my partnership with twitch/youtube/etc. I have been out of the content creation game for years, and dont really plan on returning. I also really dont want to keep up with filing taxes from those sources.

A ranked pvp mode in Destiny 2 will not be possible until Bungie has a way to actually patch stuff like the lens in an expedited manner. Launching trials with this being a known issue isn't acceptable when we didn't have trials for 2 weeks due to an emote.

As of today I will be leaving the game dev field. I will be putting all my efforts into my new business, operating a consulting agency that advises companies on their april fools pranks. Will be hard making ends meet only working one day a year, but I think I can manage it.

In the future, I hope Bungie can stick to more transparent quest progress. Void hand cannon step for Thorn was frustrating because you could be making progress and not know it. Since some kills only gave quarter or half value you never saw the % bar go up. X out of Y in future!

Even "simple" solutions can have massive wake.
How would that sword change work when a player uses all their sword ammo? What happens when they go to zero but get 1 back from relentless strikes?
Would that emote change also be applied to pve? 1/?

after extensive testing, i have determined that the number 5 setting on my toaster is the optimal setting for english muffins. slightly before the number 3 is best for toast, and 4 is good for normal sized frozen waffles.
