Israel left Gaza in 2005, completely. Palestinians have had 20 years to create a thriving state. Instead, they created a terrorist nest of tunnels, rockets and vitriolic hatred. The state Gaza is in right now is down to decisions that the Palestinians, and Hamas, have made.
