Forgiveness, can you imagine?

Comfort, comfort ye My people, speak ye peace, thus saith our God. Comfort those who sit in darkness mourning 'neath their sorrow's load. Speak ye to Jerusalem of the peace that waits for them! Tell her that her sins I cover, and her warfare now is over.

How do you know God is present in your worship? High emotion? People down the aisle? Miraculous signs? Glory dust? No. If the Word of God was present, God was present.

One conclusion I have come to in recent days: if my motivation for doing anything good in this life is something other than for the glory of God, I will become weary and tempted to cease to good. My motivation must always be because I love God and wish to glorify Him alone.
