Take a look at year 3’s amazing Geodes! They had a great time linking their previous rocks topic whilst exploring a range of art mediums. They look rather effective!

Hilton Class showed great PRIDE while exploring the village of Eyam. Respect was shown as they learned more about the horrid Plague outbreak of 1665 and the efforts taken to stop the spread to surrounding communities.

Year 3 have ‘enjoyed’ 🤮 learning about the symptoms of the plague this afternoon with Mrs P. Doughnut, custard and jam sound delicious, until you mention the words exploding buboes! 🐀❌

We ended the term with another exciting DT unit - Electrical Posters 💡 The children loved creating electrical circuits and using their Online Safety knowledge to create an eye-catching poster for younger children. Super job, Year 3! 🥳

We finished D&T week by making electrical posters. We researched facts about online safety/cyber bullying as part of Safer Internet Day and added an electrical circuit to light up our poster. 📱💡💻🔋 @embarkfed @RiddingsJnr #LoveLearningLoveLife

Pneumatics toys? Completed it! ✅ We designed and created moving monsters using a pneumatic mechanism… lots of determination (and air) in this project! 😮‍💨🫁👹
