Last students learned about different personalities, along with their own. They completed an activity called “Pieces of Me” where the students cut out little puzzle pieces and wrote on each piece their strengths and weaknesses and pieced them together @YW3CA

This week was the start of our engineering program for @PottstownMS students in 7th and 8th graders in the after school program. Students began this week with welding PPE, scoring and inking metal, as well as grinding and deburring. @JohnJarmato @pottstownschool @PADeptofEd

This past Saturday the CTE engineering participants and their parents met with Mr. Paul Frisco Assistant Director of the Pottstown Soap Box Derby to learn how to professionally tune up their car for the race. We all highly appreciate everyones teamwork and dedication @JohnJarmato

This week our Extended Library participants were able to find activities that they are interested in for self exploration. This was a mixture of everything: finding a great book, working on a puzzle, creating artwork on the Cricut, and building with Lego Kits. @Center_Schools
