I used to drink a Celsius energy drink for an energy boost. Now I eat broccoli, blackberries, legumes, oatmeal, nuts, and other whole foods for far greater energy and I feel amazing!

Eating food in the right order flattens glucose curves/spikes and also slows the pancreas to produce less insulin which allows us to return to fat burning mode more quickly. The right order: 1. Fiber 2. Protein 3. Startches 4. Sugars.
