Our very own HCOP Shared Governance Council has reached the finalist position in the prestigious Environment of Care Award at the Patient Experience Network National Awards 2023. 🌟It's a proud moment for our team at NUH as we continue to create exceptional patient experiences.

As a council we are gutted that we could not attend #SGCE23. However we are over the moon to find out we have won this award.

At the last Hcop shared governance meeting. We decided that our next project will be putting suggestions boxes on each Hcop ward so that patients, staff and visitors can suggest other projects to us. We are using old glove boxes to make the suggestion boxes. #recycling

Our HCOP shared Governance Council. We’ve been working closely with @NottsNHR on a project to get specially made radios for our patients in HCOP, we want these to go into each bay and side-room.
