Boats in the basin is the primary component of the areas character; colourful, vibrant and ever changing, it’s a backdrop to the area’s other activities; water sports, cycling, walking, meeting and chatting. We must preserve this maritime theme.

There are plans to build 440 Co Living units and flats on the Haven Banks Retail park. At 6 storeys high they will tower above any existing buildings near the Quay and eliminate public parking, impacting hugely on residents and business on the Piazza.
