Kind of rhetorical but please share your thoughts... Both ways get the answer. One is quick, the other pushes reasoning. But pacing often decides for us. Do we keep it moving or give students space to actually engage with the math? When do we move beyond memorization?

Let’s be real. Letter grades do define us in the eyes of the system. I supported 4 campuses this year. Three moved from C or D to Bs. One stayed at a C. Not regressing is a win. Congrats to those teachers and leaders! Year one math implementation 🔥🔥
