Congrats to Rae Le Fay who own 2 gold medals in 800 & 1500m smashing 2 Sussex Country Champ records that had stood since 1994/1985. She has managed this achievement whilst also balancing revision for her upcoming GCSES, studying in the stands in the long break in between races.

Sussex County Champs: HAC were on fine form winning 9 medals 🏅 🔥 Gold for Martyn Reynolds 400m, Gold by Rae Le Fay U17 girls 1500m (4.44.54s giving her the selection time for English schools 👏🏼) Silver from Delicia Pascall in the 100m (13.00) Bronze for Steve Baldock 800m.

Massive well done to Grace Baker who not only won the ladies race at The Hastings Runners 5 Mile race on Sunday, but only went and broke the course record by 20s!🔥Thanks to our friends @HastingsRunners and @niceworkrun for putting on a cracker of an event 👏🏼

Two HAC legends represented GB in Portugal at the European indoor champs last week. Steve Baldock, sprint coach, just missed out on the M50 final 800m by 1000th of a second on a photo finish. (2.09.68) Wayne Martin (field coach) finished 6th M60 pole vault. Well done guys! 👏🏼 🔥

Sussex Indoor Championships: HAC 🥇🥇🥈Pole vault: Wayne Martin SM 1st 2.90 his best for years. 1st in PV Charlotte Wynne-Pennel 2.50m improving club record yet again. Jordan Pola 1st in 60M heat in 7.35 and silver by running the 60M final in 7.23 missing out by 0.01 from gold.
