Under Katushabe Winstone’s superintendency a procurement requisition was made on the 28/06/2019, a contract of 29.5BN is awarded on 16/08/2019, 48 days later! And by 21/01/2020, 159 days later, the taxpayer has already paid 15BN of that! Record time transactions we talk about!

If the state is serious on fighting corruption, I can publicly declare the properties we have managed to verify to be owned by Katushabe Winstone and they put him to the task of explaining how he acquired them. For example how does some of the SGS land end up in his names?
