Electronic interaction of through-space conjugation (TSC) was "visualized" via the structural control of isomers, and ultrastrong TSC was achieved using a rigid molecular skeleton and flexible aggregate. Thanks to the editorial office of @NaturePhotonics @BenZhongTANG1 @ZJU_China

Through virtual screening, we recently developed a nonconjugated near-infrared (NIR) emitter composed of only 9 carbon atoms and 4 nitrogen atoms, based on through-space n-n interactions. A record of organic NIR fluorophore (Chem. 2024, 10.1016/j.chempr.2024.08.022)
