Finally said, "I am not having this conversation right now," he responded, "If you don't want to save money, then I can't help you." Grateful I didn't escalate but wish I would've had the wherewithal to say my current provider's service is great and they're not dickheads

Back here 'cause there is 0 way send an email to @XfinitySupport: I had a very frustrating experience in an @Xfinity store today just trying to return a modem. I had to wait 10 min. Then the rep tried to sell me on mobile service, asking questions about my current cost etc
