In a weird win, instead of the closed cell foam sleeping pad I bought, I was accidentally sent a very expensive down-filled -40 degree rated sleeping pad. It won’t be coming to Kenya but some winter camping looks like it’s in my future! 🤷‍♀️🏕️ #camping.

It took 3 years longer than I thought it would, but with a full heart (and an empty wallet) I’m so excited to say I’ll be heading back to Koobi Fora this summer as an intern on the Human Bio team with @koobiforafs .Time to break out the hiking boots🥾.
