In a @JournalofGISurg article, we show what many #MBS surgeons anecdotally have reported: patients with gastroparesis preferentially undergo RYGB. These patients also have worse 30-day outcomes, creating an opportunity to screen for & intervene upon risk factors @KEGibbsMD
