3/4.The headteacher listens and responds by telling the person that it's just a bit of fun. The staff member got up. handed in their ID badge and walked out. left their job. I wish they had spoken to someone. to me. I would have helped. Now that I do know I will help!.

2/4.The staff member felt uncomfortable. It didn't feel like banter. It felt like bullying. After summoning up the courage, knowing the potential risks for them personally and professionally, they went and spoke to the headteacher.
