Exciting to share that our DCAF1 manuscript is now available online. It was great collaborating with the OICR team to advance this molecule into a nanomolar affinity DCAF1 ligand.
A cool approach utilizing the DEL technology and #MachineLearning models for the discovery and cellular target engagement of the first nanomolar DCAF1 ligand. This is a great example of collaborative science between @OICR_news, @Relay_Tx and the SGC.
