Most web3 wallets are built to favor one-chain. Often times it’s their native chain. Our vision is different. We want to be a web3 gateway which means we have to treat all top chains equally and give equal access to all chains and their ecosystems.

If you are a non-founder, in early years it may help to have short stints but eventually the same concept kicks in for employees as well. I think at some point in our careers it’s imp to commit and stick it out long term to maximize your growth and eventually the compounding.
Hard learning of life as you grow older: Nothing happens in 5 years; to build a long-lasting company/protocol you need a minimum of 10–20 years. The balance in the game of life you need to play is to do activities that compound over time while staying relevant in your current.
