Opportunity Zones have been transformative for Ohio — resulting in $430 million of planned investment in the state. @SecretaryTurner sat down with local stakeholders to discuss how Ohio can build upon their success under the extended and expanded Opportunity Zone initiative.
Following the passage of the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act under the first Trump administration, Opportunity Zones have created an estimated 43k jobs and 13k housing units in Ohio. I met with OH stakeholders to discuss building on that success with the expansion of OZs in @POTUS’ OBBB.
