On Aug. 14, HSI Milwaukee& ERO turned over Saul Plascencia-Lino, a Mexican illegal alien to Mexican authorities at the Harlingen, TX POE. He is wanted for sexually assaulting his 4 y/o daughter. He was also suspected of soliciting child pornography in online forums.
