A wonderful game recap. Those Mariners are good people. Hoover has replayed this game in his head many times and that fielding miscue was a huge bummer and really showed our inexperience with how to handle extra-innings. Kudos to Diddy for quick reaction.
And an exciting game 2 that saw more extra-innings as @FranklinDomsHRL plays the mental game and gets Jon-E to give up a game-tying HR in the bottom of the 6th to 27. Sweet Feet Franklin couldn’t help the fielding miscues though and Mariners squeak out the win. Nuts!

Mariners + Yankees = Great Wiffleball. Simple math.
Yankees split last night against the @HRLMariners & @HRLBraves. Yanks & the Mariners go extras but Yanks scrap in a run and win 1-0. Game 2 Braves build an early 4-0 lead and never look back. Braves win 9-3. A lot of fun playing the 2 squads last night.

We lost to the @HRLBraves 10-0 and then had the most fun game ever against the @HRLMariners. We narrowly lost 4-3 in extra innings. Your Lugnuts are dejected but… that. Is. Lugnuts. Wiffleball. Bloomin’ pitched great. 27 hit a wonderful HR to keep us alive. #nuts #nuts #nuts
