Hills East Sophomore, Mia Pannella, placed 24th in the Nation as one of just 39 girls in the country to qualify to compete in the 2000m Steeplechase. Mia ran under the lights at iconic Franklin Field in UPenn. Congratulations on a record breaking season!

Hills East sophomore, Mia Panella, competed in the 2000m Steeplechase at the St. Anthony's Invitational. Her time of 7:27.96 broke a twenty year old school record and qualified her to compete at the New Balance Nationals in June. Congratulations Mia! 🏃♀️
