Fun fact: the luigi 0td is actually easier to hit at this level of sdi because you are able to react and do a buffered jump forward/turn around jump forward dair which is easier to time then drifting and timing the ariel bc luigis drift is so bad

For an ok at best character its pretty crazy how good luigis player base is. Debatably the best in the game relative to how mid of a character he is

Yes it is, upB pushes opponents away before the hitbox even comes out, doing this pretty much negates it, making characters like palutena, and mii gunner more consistent.
