I would like to *think* I have at least an OKAY grip on neutral, but that is not my judgment call to make. That's my opponent's call.
I think Honda players may be the worst in SF6. They have no concept of neutral and rely solely on knowledge checks to win. Once you shut down their tricks, they fold.

I wish I didn't use my lip split story for the other post, lol. Two years ago, I broke my left ring finger after falling down subway stairs, and after it happened, I spent almost 20 minutes pacing back and forth, wondering if it was dislocated, broken, or just bruised.
